The property is overall T shaped with unformed section of Quarry Road dividing the property into two sections. Undulating land with several earthen dams in the centre of property with the land generally falling to the north and eastern side boundary (Werriberri Creek) . About 65% of the property is pasture land (former dairy) with the balance being nature timber/bush land.
